Huawei has some upcoming smartphones that are going through certifications via Tenaa. We have spotted a new smartphone that probably is Huawei Honor X5. It has been framed in metal body and features a Finger Print Sensor at the back. It is expected to be a mid-range smartphone that would have Qualcomm’s snapdragon 615 SoC inside.

On Tenaa is has been listed as KIW-AL10, and the same model has already hit Antutu that revealed its technical specifications as well as benchmark.
Huawei Honor X5 would feature a 5.5 inches display with 1920 X 1080 pixels resolution, 3GB RAM, 32GB ROM, 13-megapixel primary camera, 5-megapixel front shooter, 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 615 SoC, Adreno 405 GPU etc.. It will be running on customized Android Lollipop 5.1.1 OS.
In terms of benchmarking, it scored 20916 in Antutu performance test and 4354 in 3D graphic performance. Score is not quite impressive for Snapdragon 615. Xiaomi Mi 4i features the same chipset, and its average Antutu score is around 34000. Huawei may be working on its optimization, and when it’s official may score better. The good thing is that, it would have 3GB RAM that can handle large files/apps easily.
Huawei recently launched Honor 7i that features Finger Print Sensor at the side which is more convenient to use. We can unlock the smartphone quickly when it is at the side, just like we use power button to wake the screen or lock it. Putting it at the back makes little trouble every time you want to unlock your device.
KIW-AL10 Model is is expected to be Huawei Honor X5, but the actual name may differ.
