For Admin
a):- Double-click on the icon of Office365Export program and click on Login

k):- You can view live status of ongoing procedure and if want to interrupt it in between, you can click on Pause
l):- When the procedure is completed, you will find that the Status is labeled as Completed

For Normal User
- Open the Office365Export PST software and click on the Login button
- Simply enter the credentials of Office 365 user account and click on Sign In
