Samsung Galaxy A9 Technical Specifications and Antutu Benchmark Exposure

Some components of Samsung Galaxy A9 (SM-A9000) was spotted earlier in the import list, now we have almost all you want to know. Galaxy A9 is Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy A series smartphone that is expected to be better than its predecessor, and it certainly will. Samsung launched Galaxy A8 that features 2GB RAM and Snapdragon 615 SoC, and Galaxy A9 would have 3GB RAM and Qualcomm’s latest chipset.
Samsung Galaxy A9 has went through Antutu (shared on Weibo), and it revealed its tech specs as well as benchmark score. According to Antutu detail, Samsung Galaxy A9 would feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 620 Chipset, 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, 5.5 inches Full HD display, and it would be powered by Android Lollipop 5.1.1. Well, we expected Galaxy A9 to arrive with 5.7 inches display just like Galaxy A8, but 5.5-inch sounds good enough. It will also have MicroSD card slot to expand storage capacity like other Galaxy A series phones.
Samsung Galaxy A9 Benchmark was revealed earlier via GeekBench 3 where it scored 4461 in multi-core performance and 1325 in single-core, and it was found with the same amount of RAM and chip that Antutu showed. So these detail should be correct.
Samsung Galaxy A9 Antutu Benchmark report is also good for a mid-range phone. Its over all score is 45359, and Galaxy A9 Scored 13301 in 3D Graphic Performance (check the screenshot). Galaxy A9 may arrive in November in this year.
Samsung is quite fast launching new smartphones. They launched Galaxy A8 in July 2015, It’s been few months and they are ready with a new model. Samsung has not been doing well in Smartphone business (in terms of profit making), and also loosing customers continuously, according to Smartphone Market Share date (until July 2015). However, the latest forecasts shows that Samsung’s operating profit is to increase by 80 percent. Samsung also expects its sale to rise by 7.5 percent.
