Apple will use Apple A11 CPU in the upcoming iPhone models that should be released this year in September as per Apple’s usual schedule. There are rumors that the launch might get delayed until November. However, whatever the month is Apple A11 will certainly be there.
According to a Chinese leakster, Apple has tested Apple A11 various times and it could not satisfy Apple. So Apple has decided to keep maintaining the advantage of Single-Core performance with Apple A11, just like Apple A10 and Apple A9. So Apple A11 Single-Core Geekbench Benchmark score would somewhere between 4400 to 4600 and the multi-core benchmark score is expected to be between 6900 to 7000.
Is it a Bad Score for Apple A11?
Not at all, considering the current high-end CPUs, like Apple A10, Snapdragon 835, Exynos 8895, Apple A11 would certainly be the best if the score is really that much as it has been rumored. Apple A10 is already a Winner in Single-core performance, and Exynos 8895 is the winner in multi-core scoring 6800. So Apple A11 would be able to beat all and stay ahead in the competition.
However, all of these details are still rumor. So wait and see what Apple is going to offer in a month.
