Update: Huawei Mate 8 is officially released
Huawei Mate 8 would be announced within a week on 26 November, but we know almost everything about it before its announcement. At first Huawei Mate 8 was exposed via GFXBench, and then Huawei Mate 8 benchmark score revealed via Geekbench 3. There were some things common in both leaks; 4GB RAM, Octa-core Processor and Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS.
Now Huawei Mate 8 detail has been exposed via Antutu. According to Antutu detail Huawei Mate 8 would be launched in 2 variant; one with 32GB ROM and 3GB RAM, and the other with 64GB ROM and 4GB RAM. Rest of the specs showed by Antutu matches GFXBench report; 6-inch display with 1920 X 1080 pixels resolution, Kirin 950 CPU, Mali-T880 CPU, 16-megapixel rear and 8-megapixel front camera, and the smartphone would be running Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. It will also feature the finger print sensor on the back, like other models, and metal body. Have a look at the leaked image of Huawei Mate 8 that we found on MyDrivers.
In terms of Huawei Mate 8 benchmark score, Antutu reported that it scores between 76,000 to 79,000 that surpasses Exynos 7420 and all existing Snapdragon chipsets. Huawei Mate 8 features great specs, but in the trend of 2K display, Huawei has dared to launch its high-end phone with Full HD display. Also the size of the phone may stop some users from buying, because 6 inch is really huge. 5.7 or 5.5 inches is more popular compared to 6 inch.
