I hope these Photo Samples must have made it clear whether iPhone 7 Plus or Galaxy S7 is the best camera phone. There is a big difference between iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus Camera quality. iPhone 7 was certainly a looser when we compared it with Galaxy S7, but this is not the case here.
Samsung Galaxy S7 gives more light to Photos that sometimes distorts the output, e.g. have a look at the girl face where the real color of her face is gone. The output with more light can make photos look good at times, but it looses the natural color of the object. This is not the case with iPhone 7 Plus.
As far as Zoomed in view is concerned, there is no doubt that iPhone 7 Plus beats Samsung Galaxy S7 by all means. The new telephoto Camera helps iPhone 7 Plus capture clear photos even in zoom mode. There is one more reason; iPhone 7 Plus features Optical Zoom, but Samsung Galaxy S7 is limited to Digital Zoom. There isn’t so much you can expect from Digital Zoom.

That’s not what I’m seeing. The 6 month older S7 really hangs in there with the iPhone, and in some cases, is more vibrant.

Yes, you have a point. It was iPhone 7 Plus through. Galaxy S7 captures much better picture if you compare it with iPhone 7; http://www.techgrapple.com/iphone-7-vs-galaxy-s7-camera-test/

From this comparison it looks like Samsung still wins. The s7, s7 edge, and note 7 all use the same camera.

Seems like you picked different lighting and tried to make the S7 look bad.

I agree, it’s really easy to adjust contrast to make the image a bit darker using the camera app. It seems they didn’t bother to do that.
It’s weird, some images the s7 let in more lights and others it didn’t.
From a video I saw on YouTube the s7 was the clear winner in low light and the zoom feature distorted the colors on the 7 plus.

I disagree, I think the S7 looks way more natural, the ipHone plus is too warm look at the red in the girls coat, no detail and then look at the S7’s all the outdoor ones on the iPhone appear like there is overcast Also look at the cheeseburger shot, that’s not natural that’s just plain washed out with no life.

you can’t even see the spokes in the the spiral staircase of the iPhone 7 plus and there is no detail just a blown out red shot in the one with the girl in the red coat, it’s all bleeding and no detail with the iPhone 7 plus and EVERYTHING is warm, no way does the iPhone 7 plus win here
You’re kidding right?

look at the park scene and then in the sky , the iPhone 7+ introduces some blotching. It’s almost like they were taking on two different days. look at the blue of the sky on both. I’m sorry all the hype of the iPhone 7+ is a big whaaa whaaaa , but I do like their opitical zoom that I will give them. but every thing else, color temperature is too warm. way too warm.
another good example is the muriel of the basket of rainbows. look at the dove look how white it is with the S7 now the the iPhone 7+ the iphone gives a yellowish tint.
