Apple was rumored earlier to launch iPhone 7 with a curved display, but it didn’t happen. Apple didn’t make any change in iPhone 7 and 7 Plus as far as display is concerned. However, Apple did put a very powerful chip (Apple A10) inside and upgraded other features, e.g. Camera, Wireless Chip, RAM in iPhone 7 Plus, Storage etc..
Apple is likely to name new iPhones as iPhone 7s and 7s Plus, but some sources claim that it would be iPhone 8. Whatever the name model is, we are concerned about the specs of the device.
The renders of iPhone 7s / 8 showed up with a dual-curved display on Weibo (Chinese Social Network), but rest of the design looks the same way as iPhone 7 does. Well, Apple usually doesn’t reveal anything about upcoming models, so the final design will be disclosed next year when Apple announces iPhone 7s and iPhone 7s Plus. These models are also expected to feature an AMOLED display instead of IPS that Apple has been using for a long time in iPhone models.
