Meizu Pro 5 is the same device that has been spotted many times with Meizu NIUX code name. It has been spotted many times with Samsung Exynos 7420 SoC, and We also published an article about the leaked packaging of Meizu Pro 5. It has been spotted again via Geekbench 3.
Meizu Pro 5 Geekbench 3 benchmark revealed some of its technical specifications, and of course score. It scored 1550 in single-core performance and 5593 in multi-core. This score it better than both the instances of Samsung Luck-LTE Model (Galaxy S7) benchmark even it was tested with Exynos 8890 SoC : 1st instance | 2nd instance.
Meizu Pro 5 was rumored for so long to feature 3GB RAM, but the Geekbench Benchmark report shows 4GB. Along with 4GB RAM, Meizu Pro 5 would feature a 5.5 inches Full HD display, Exynos 7420 SoC etc.. It would be running on Flyme OS, based on Android Lollipop 5.1.
Meizu is holding an event on 23 September, and Meizu Pro 5 would should be announced in this event. It is expected to have a price tag of 3000 Chinese Yuan ($ 471). Meizu is going Pro, and it’s not just mobile, but there would be more gadgets that Meizu would announce on the same event, and they are likely to call Pro along with actual Model name.
