However, those who want to try Developer/beta version of upcoming MIUI 7, this is the time. MIUI 7 global beta ROM 6.1.8 has been released, that is based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow or Android M, whatever you call it.

Along with other devices, OTA update for this developer ROM was intended to release for Mi 3, Mi 4 and Mi Note as well. However, it seems they have faced some trouble with those 3 smartphones. So they have suspended the update for the time being. After a successful testing period, an update may arrive.

If you are already using MIUI 7 Global Beta/Developer ROM, you can go to the updater, and check for the latest update. The latest update has already been pushed. However, if you are using a stable version of MIUI 7, then you need to download the update and flash it manually.
