OnePlus One users have been facing issues with Bluetooth Connectivity with in-car systems, touch sensitivity issue as well as MMS sensing problems. These issue were making much frustrated to its users. Latest Cyanogen OS update has been released that will fix all those three issues. OnePlus one received one update earlier as well that turned out a failed attempt to fix the bug, but this update certainly does.
The update has the build number YNG1TAS213 that is based one Android 5.0 Lollipop. It is a full ROM file that weighs 566 MB. Before you go ahead and download the update, please check the build number of you device. If you are on build YNG1TAS17L, you don’t need that 566 MB ROM file. You can simple download a 20MB file only, and Apply in recovery.
If you are not on build YNG1TAS17L, download the full ROM and flash it. Before you start the process, make sure the device is charged enough to complete the process. Once you are done, you will have your OnePlus One running smoothly.
The update will fix these issues:
Touchscreen Sensitivity bug that lost its smoothness and accuracy
Bluetooth bug with in-car systems
MMS bug that prevents MMS to be sent on some networks
