HTC Desire 828 is available for preorder now

HTC Desire 728 was launched in September, and HTC has launched a new smartphone (HTC Desire 828) within 2 months. It is an upgraded version of HTC desire 728.

HTC Desire 828 Technical Specifications

HTC Desire 828 features a 5.5 inches Full HD display (1080 pixels), 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage (expandable up to 2TB with MicroSDXC), 13-megapixel rear camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS),  5 MP Ultrapixel front camera, Octa-core 64-bit MediaTek MT6753 SoC, 2800 mAh battery etc.. It features Boom Sound and has dual front speaker. Just like HTC Desire 728, it also supports dual-Nano SIM.

Price and release date

HTC Desire 828 can be preordered for 1599 Chinese Yuan (around $254) that is a better price tag compared to HTC Desire 728 that HTC started selling for 1699 Chinese Yuan (around $270) in September 2015. Preorder has started from 1 November, and will end on 10 November, and then the device will be shipped.

HTC Desire 728 vs Desire 828

The new model (Desire 828) has just one major upgrade, and that’s the resolution of the display. They upgraded it from 720 pixels to 1080 pixels. There is no difference in rest of of the specs of HTC desire 728 and 828, but HTC Desire 828 is a better pick with higher resolution and lesser price tag.
