A new Samsung tablet has been spotted in the benchmark test of Geekbench. The tablet has a code name “Samsung CHOPIN-LTE.” The benchmark score reveals some of the technical specification of the upcoming Samsung tablet with 4GB RAM. Along with 4GB RAM, Samsung has used Quad-core 64-bit intel Atom x5-Z8500 processor that runs at 2.24 Ghz clock speed. This is the latest processor that Intel launched in Q1 2015. Samsung has not skipped Snapdragon, but also its own Chipset known as “Exynos.”
As far as OS is concerned, it will run on Android 5.1 Lollipop. We have heard the rumor of Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 that is expected to come with 64-bit processor architecture, but those rumors and this tablet is quite different, but the rumors also suggest that Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 will have two variant : 9.7-inch display and 8-inch display. Samsung might be preparing two variant of Tab S2 with quite different specs.
Have a look at the benchmark score, and you will understand how it will perform
Single core performance has a score of 1005, and the multi-core reaches 3426. According to its score, it doesn’t vary much from the benchmark score of Galaxy Tab S. So I won’t really say that it would be the next version of Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S, because Samsung will certainly make something that outperforms its predecessor, but this is certainly a high-end Samsung tablet with 4GB RAM.
