Sony Xperia Z5 Compact heating issue making touch failure

Sony has repeated the mistake using the Snapdragon 810 SoC in new smartphones again. Qualcomm has really cooked up barbecue in case of this chipset, and Sony seems to be more affected. Sony Xperia Z4 and Z3+ both were launched with Snapdragon 810, and was getting too hot after some usage. System update was released later to resolve heating issue but that affected the performance.
Sony Xperia Z5 compact is the first device among new models that started facing heating issue. Many users have started posting how worst the issue is. What happens when it gets hot? Touch gets sluggish and even don’t respond sometimes. Locking and unlocking the phone make it work for a couple of times, but same again. Some users even mentioned that rebooting the device not helping as well, MyDriver reported.

Sony has used dual heat pipes in latest Xperia Models to get rid of heating issue, but it is not helping. Unfortunately, Xperia Z5, Z5 Compact and Z5 premium all of them feature the same Same Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 810 issue. So all of them likely to face this issue. An update is essential to fix this issue now, but that doesn’t do much to cool down the device. The update actually throttle the performance to keep the device’s temperature normal. This is the main reason, many companies don’t use it. LG didn’t use Snapdragon 810 in LG G4, not even in the latest launched LG V10 device.

The Video is still not, what you believe it is.
“Phonearena “mislinked” this video as complications due to overheating, not true, “just” random touch issues”
(BTW: no links are visible in Mobil-View)

Worst heat ever experienced in any phone, thats my Xperia Z5 Compact which i cant even put in my pocket, so Levishadow, please tell Sony who pays you it seems, to do the moral / ethical thing and fix all the issues with heat / self cracking screen or back cover, or else recall their mistake, its not my fault they didn’t heed the warnings.
